Old Nha Trang with ancient houses hidden in a big garden is the idea of Truong Dinh Ngoc Yen, the owner of the resort. The construction began 3 years ago. Yen had spent much time looking for ancient houses, restoring them and then creating a peaceful setting. Besides, a 200- seat restaurant serves Vietnamese traditional buffets. Most of the staff are local residents. “Another ancient house will be built soon as a hall for wedding celebrations,” Yen said.

It has added to the variety of tourist attractions in Nha Trang City.” However, to attract more tourists, more investment must be put on parking-lots, the route leading to resort, the working staff’s training and advertisement.
